"Nice shoes, but the exchange was a hassle"
The shoes themselves were nice, but the exchange process was annoying. I needed a different size and ended up waiting forever for updates, plus customer service took ages to reply. What made it more frustrating was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so it wasn’t really clear what to expect. I did finally get the new size, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience

"Really impressed with these boots"
I ordered my boots from Vagabond, and I’ve been really happy with them. The craftsmanship is solid, the stitching is clean, the leather feels sturdy, and they definitely don’t have that cheap feel. I’ve been wearing them a ton lately, and they still look great. Even my brother noticed them and asked where I got them.

The shoes look mostly like the photos, so I wasn’t totally shocked when I opened the box, but the color was definitely a bit different in person, and for a second I acted like my whole outfit plan had been destroyed. The sizing info was okay, but not super clear, so I had to kind of guess. They’re still nice, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

"Good shoes, but the website needs work"
I do like the shoes, so I’m happy with the product itself, but the website experience wasn’t the best. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters kept resetting whenever I went back to the listings, which got frustrating. Checkout was a little confusing too, and I had to re-enter some information, which made me wonder if everything was going through properly. It did work in the end, so that was a relief, but overall it felt clunky and not very smooth. I expected a bit better.

"Consistent fit every time"
I’ve ordered a few pairs from vagabond.com now, and the sizing has been REALLY consistent, which I appreciate. My usual size has worked each time. One pair did feel a little stiff at first, but it softened up after I wore them a bit. Giving 4 stars because the delivery updates could be clearer.

"Tracking Could’ve Been Better"
The order itself went through fine, but the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was annoying. It kind of felt like they just left me guessing for no reason. The package did arrive okay in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole process could definitely be clearer.

The material feels really solid, better than I expected. Like I said, they don’t feel cheap at all, and they look nice in person too. I’ve worn them a few times now and they’re still holding up well. The only thing is the leather was a little stiff at first, so it took a bit of time to break them in. But like I said, overall I’m happy with them

"Way Faster Than Expected"
I ordered from vagabond my package showed up way quicker than I thought it would. They sent the tracking fast too, and there wasn't no hassle with anything. Can't say I had no complaints at all, it was just a really smooth experience overall. Happy with it...

"Stiff at First, But They Got Better"
I ordered a pair from Vagabond and I was worried they were going to take forever to break in. The first day they did feel stiff, and I kept noticing how stiff they felt, which was a little annoying. Not painful, but still stiff enough that I was thinking about it a lot. After maybe two wears, though, they softened up really nicely. No blisters, no bad rubbing, none of that usual new-shoe drama. I still wish they weren’t so stiff right out of the box, because that stiffness was definitely noticeable, but overall I’m happy with them so far.

"Refund was faster than expected"
I was expecting the refund process to be a hassle or take forever, so I was a bit surprised when the money came back within a few days. It still wasn’t anything amazing, but it did the job and was quicker than I thought it would be. Good enough, I guess.

I ordered this thinking it would look like the photos, but it really wasn’t as shown. I even double-checked the listing after it arrived because I thought maybe I had clicked the wrong thing while I was half-asleep shopping on my phone. The item itself might work for someone, but for me it didn’t match what I thought I was getting.

The shoes look really nice, so I was a little bummed they didn’t fit quite right. I went with my usual size, but they felt tighter than expected, especially around the toes. They’re not awful or impossible to wear, I just kind of regret not ordering a half size up. If I bought them again, I’d definitely size up...

"Easy return, just a little slow tbh"
Had to send back a pair of shoes from Vagabond bc the sizing was a bit off. The return instructions were clear, and I didn’t even need to contact support, which was nice lol. The refund showed up after a few days, not super fast, but totally fine. Would’ve been 5 stars if the processing was a bit quicker, but overall it was easy and stress-free.

"Slow and Unhelpful Support"
I emailed Vagabond about my order and it literally took ages to get a proper response. When they finally did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message at all. I ended up having to explain the same thing again, which was frustrating. I get that customer support can be busy, but waiting that long and still not getting clear help just isn’t okay. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is the usual experience.
